The Royal Golf Club is the only 18 hole Championship golf course in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Designed by the legendary European Tour 8 time order of merit winner and Ryder Cup Captain Colin Montgomerie. The testing design hosted the The Volvo Golf Champions in 2011 a European Tour event that was won by Paul Casey. Bahrain is recognized as producing some of the finest golfing talent and their National Team have dominated team and individual golf in the Middle East since the 1970's.
